The EDI Committee, under the direction and full support of the senior leadership, is responsible for:
- Ensuring continued progress towards building and sustaining an equitable, diverse and inclusive culture at CIMS
- Ensuring all EDI initiatives are aligned with CIMS’ core values and strategic objectives
- Providing opportunities, tools and support to leaders in our organization in support of these initiatives
