Patrick McGinley, P.Eng., MBA President
Patrick happily joined CIMS in 2015 having been on site at Kamloops Pulp when CIMS did their first job over 30 years ago. With over 35 Years in industry split equally between working for Weyerhaeuser Company and as a Construction Leader Patrick brings together the understanding of what customers need and what CIMS delivers – always focussing on Safe, High Quality, Value driven results. At CIMS Patrick is guided by our Core Values – Our People, Our Promise and Our Passion always encouraging a culture based on empowering Our People at CIMS, to sending everyone home safe everyday, and to delivering innovative value driven solutions to our customers built right the first time – no surprises.

Jamin's experience began as a Marine Engineer in the Navy and spans over 20 years in construction and project management across pulp and paper, oil and gas, and power generation industries. Since joining CIMS in 2015, he's been responsible for delivering on safety, quality and performance commitments in British Columbia.

Adrian DiCocco Senior Vice President, Eastern Operations
Adrian joined in 2015 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and 30 years of experience in the Chemical/Petrochemical industry. He oversees operations in Ontario, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, focusing on growth while maintaining our core values of Safety, Quality, Customer Value, Performance and Integrity.
